The ACT Stonehenge A303 Realignment Plan (The ACT "Parker Plan")

Last updated: 9 March 2004

The ACT Stonehenge A303 Realignment Plan (previously known as the "ACT Parker Plan") is an alternative road plan for Stonehenge prepared by Graham Parker, supported by the Association of Salisbury Council Taxpayers (ACT) South Wiltshire.

It proposes an alternative route for the A303 that would go south of the World Heritage Site and offers a northern Salisbury bypass at the same time.

ACT has now set up its own Stonehenge Solution website with full details of the plan.

In fairness, we should also point out that the ACT Plan also has its opponents, including Save Bourne Valley and Salisbury Transport 2000.
